This is a root server from 1&1 (www.1und1.de) that
   is running FreeBSD.  Also see the root servers from
   Hetzner in ../box and ../pluto.

   Note that USB, Firewire and other things have been
   excluded from the kernel (because they don't make
   sense for the root server and they would just waste
   resources), so the dmesg is pretty short.
